Interior buildback
Demolition
through
drywall-ready.
Demolition gets New Mecca through the door. When the scope calls for it, the work can continue through necessary framing, blocking, insulation and drywall installation—then hand off to professional finishing.

01
One accountable contractor through the rough interior phase
New Mecca can handle demolition, debris removal, framing replacement or modifications tied to the scope, blocking and backing, insulation replacement, and drywall hanging. This keeps continuity between what is removed and what needs to be rebuilt.
- Wood or metal-stud interior partitions
- Necessary framing replacement or modifications
- Blocking and backing
- Limited subfloor repair associated with the project
- Insulation replacement and drywall installation
- Site cleanup and a drywall-ready handoff
02
For homeowners and major renovations
For a renovation that opens walls or removes damaged materials, one scope can carry the work from controlled tear-out through the rough interior phase. New Mecca coordinates the boundary of its work with the project owner and next finish trades.
03
For general contractors, remodelers and flippers
Contractors and investors can hire New Mecca for demolition only or extend the scope through framing, insulation and drywall hanging. Share plans, marked-up photos, sequencing needs and the target handoff so responsibilities are clear.
04
For commercial tenant improvements
Interior demolition and buildback scopes can include selective removal, metal-stud partitions, blocking, insulation and drywall installation when defined in the estimate. Access, building operations, schedule windows and the finish-trade handoff are coordinated with the project lead.
05
For restoration and mitigation partners
After the responsible project lead identifies the removal scope, New Mecca can protect the route, remove agreed materials, clean and document the work area, replace included framing or insulation, and hang drywall when included. Finishing can be coordinated when requested.
06
Drywall installation and professional finishing
New Mecca installs drywall but does not self-perform taping, mudding or sanding. When requested and included in the project plan, New Mecca can coordinate a qualified drywall-finishing subcontractor for that phase.
07
Clear boundaries between trades
This offer covers defined demolition and rough interior buildback work. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, asbestos abatement, painting, flooring, cabinetry, tile and complete finished remodeling are not included services.
